Aplikasi java ini jenisnya messenger, sangat bisa untuk mengantikan sms, karena itungannya biaya-nya cuma bayar biaya GPRS aja yang berkisar 1kb = 5 - 10 Rupiah, udah dicoba. hasilnya mudah, murah dan cukup bisa diandalkan.

Cara download-nya secara umum (pastikan GPRS-nya aktif ya) :
-->contoh menggunakan motorola E398 (sudah dicoba dan berhasil)
A while back many E398 users reported that they experienced problems installing MXit on their phones. It was then decided to remove the E398 from the list of supported phones. Try the following though :
1.) Turn off your phone.
2.) Remove the memory card from your phone.
3.) Turn on your phone.
4.) Open your phone's default wap browser (NOT Opera or anything similar)
5.) Clear the browser's cache.
6.) Go to http://www.mxit.co.za/wap
7.) Select "Download MXit"
8.) Select "Select phone"
9.) Select "Motorola"
10.) Select "V300" to download MXit
11.) Return to the phone's stand-by screen.
12.) Turn off your phone.
13.) Insert your memory card back into the phone.
14.) Turn on the phone.
oh yaa ini aplikasi java .....jadi Hp-nya yg support java ya, lebih enak HP-nya yang multitasking (misal pake OS symbian) jadi bisa on terus (background mode), nanti ada dering/nada/notifikasi apabila ada message yg masuk. begitu juga ketika ada temen yg online.
terakhir HP temen yang sama kita mau kirim2an message harus juga diinstall mxit juga ya ..... tar tinggal di add aja (kayak yahoo messenger)
